A job that is running and has not been completed or archived. If you finish one and open another, you stay within your plan. The plan does not limit how many jobs you do in a year — it limits how many you run at the same time.
You get warnings at 70% and 90% of the limit. If you go over, the system blocks sending new quotes until you complete a job or upgrade. Your jobs, customers and history remain accessible.

No. Buildonn is the job management system. What exists is "My Page", published inside the system, and the PDF with your logo on the Growing and Complete plans. Own website, paid traffic and Google Business Profile are out of scope.
